Terminal time decides, not a timetable
When a group flies, the stressful part is rarely the flight. It is the hours before: counting the luggage, collecting people from different parts of town and hoping the train makes it to check-in.
We pick up at your address and drive to the departure hall. The departure time is counted backwards from check-in, with margin for traffic and the queue that usually forms at the bridge at that hour.
The way home is planned the other way round: you give us the flight number and landing time, and we set the pick-up by the actual arrival.

How we plan a transfer
Outbound: there in good time
We count backwards from your check-in time and add margin for traffic, the bridge and boarding, instead of following a fixed timetable.
Return: the coach is there
Give us the flight number and landing time in the request and we plan the pick-up around the actual arrival.
Luggage for the whole party
Suitcases, golf bags, instruments or other equipment. Tell us what is coming along and we say which vehicle takes it.
Door to terminal
Pick-up at the address you give us — office, hotel, clubhouse or school yard — as long as a coach can get there.
The group stays together
Everyone reaches the terminal at the same time with the same information about gate and time.
Early and late departures
Transfers to an early morning flight or after a late landing are common. Send the time you need and we answer plainly.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a scheduled airport bus?
No. This is a chartered transfer for a whole group: you book the coach and choose the departure time and pick-up point. We do not sell single seats.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
Give us the flight number in the request. How long the coach can wait for a delayed arrival, and what that means, is agreed before you book.
Which airports do you serve?
Most often Copenhagen Kastrup, Malmö Airport and Ängelholm–Helsingborg Airport. Other airports can be requested — describe the trip and we answer.
Is the bridge toll included?
What is included — bridge or ferry fees, parking and waiting time — is written into the quote for your trip.
