How a booking works
1. Describe the trip
Route, date, group size and what has to fit in the luggage compartment. The more you tell us, the more exact the proposal.
2. We choose the vehicle
Group size, luggage and driving distance decide which coach fits. We say plainly what works and what does not.
3. You get a written price
The quote states the price and what is included, so you can compare it and take it to a decision without surprises.
4. The date is held
The quote is reserved until a stated time. Vehicle and driver are secured once you confirm.
Pick-up where you are
Office, hotel, school yard or clubhouse — as long as a coach can get there, that is where we pick you up.
One group, one vehicle
The whole party travels together, with the same information about times and stops.
Charter, not a timetable
Hiring a coach means the group books the whole vehicle. You decide the departure time and the pick-up point; we do not sell single seats and there is no timetable to look up.
That is what makes it work for conferences, clubs, schools and events: everyone leaves at once and arrives at once, with luggage and equipment in the same vehicle.
