Conference and kick-off
Everyone arrives at the same time, without a car pool, parking cards and people looking for the venue.

The programme decides, not the timetable
A conference day works when the transport is invisible: the group leaves together, arrives before the first session and gets home when the evening is over.
We plan backwards from the first fixed point in your programme and add margin for traffic and boarding, so nobody has to arrive early just in case.
The written quote lists the price and what is included, which makes it straightforward to take to a decision internally.

Frequently asked questions
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. Corporate bookings are invoiced. Payment terms and reference details are set when the quote is confirmed.
Can we get the price excluding VAT first?
Yes. For company quotes we present the amount excluding VAT as the main figure, with VAT and the total shown underneath.
Can the coach wait during the programme?
Waiting time can be included. How it is handled and what it costs is written into the quote before you book.
Do you drive outside Skåne?
Yes, in Sweden and in Europe. Longer trips are planned with driving hours and stops written into the proposal.
